Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached. We issue store credit for accepted returns; no refunds. Sale items, seasonal items, and earrings are final sale, and cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping and Delivery
We are not liable for courier delays, or lost or damaged packages after they are handed to the carrier.
Loyalty Program
Customers can earn loyalty dollars earn loyalty dollars with every purchase, calculated as a percentage of the purchase amount. Loyalty dollars never expire and can be redeemed toward any future purchase. Loyalty dollars cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferrable. We reserve the right to adjust the program, earning rates, or redemption rules at any time.
